2. Ordering and payment

The contract is made when you receive an order confirmation by email. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Prices

Prices are final, in the currency shown. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery

See shipping and returns for costs and delivery times. We deliver to Sweden and Rest of the EU.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email. Return the item in essentially the condition you received it. You pay for return postage. We refund everything you paid, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of your notice, but may wait until we have the item back.

6. Faulty goods

If an item is faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer law that applies to you (in the EU at least two years). Contact us as soon as you notice the fault.

7. Disputes

Talk to us first and we will sort it out. If we can’t agree, consumers can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, which also handles cross-border complaints. Swedish law applies, without limiting the consumer protection of your own country.
