We make and ship everything from Sweden. Orders leave us within 1–3 business days and you get a tracking number by email.

Changed your mind? 14 days
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. Email us, then send the item back unused. You pay for the return postage. We refund the full amount, including the original shipping, within 14 days of hearing from you, though we may wait until the item has arrived back with us.
Something wrong with it?
Email us a photo and we’ll sort it, with a replacement or your money back. Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply on top of this.
