A foot on the wall carries the weight of the bag. A hook on a short rail above it holds the top cuff, so the bag stays put. The hook slides in its rail to fit your bag and stays where you set it. Screws and wall plugs included.
Putting it up

Put up the foot
Four screws. This is where the bottom of the bag will stand.

Put up the rail
Three screws, straight above the foot. For a 90 cm bag, roughly 735 mm above the top of the foot. It doesn't need to be exact.

Slide in the hook
Slide it to the height where it catches the back of the bag's top cuff. Done.

Questions
Will it fit my bag?
If your bag has a firm top cuff with a rim, it should. The foot carries the weight and the hook only keeps the top in place. We designed it around a Titleist Players 4 stand bag. Not sure about yours? Send us a photo and we'll tell you.
What kind of wall does it need?
The included plugs are for solid walls like concrete and brick, and the screws go straight into wood. For plasterboard, use plasterboard anchors or screw into a stud.
Can I move the hook later?
Yes. Lift the bag out and slide the hook up or down. New bag, same wall.
